Was better than I expected. Room was clean, staff were nice, and location was right in front of ski lift - also was very close to a ski/snowboard rental store. The breakfast and dinner was delicious, we had something different for dinner everyday.

It comes with variety of breakfast and some options of hot pot for dinner! Restaurant staffs were very nice :) the hotel has onsen so after ski/snowboarding, it was a perfect place to stay!

Directly across from ski slopes for beginners and intermediate skiiers. Easy walk to ski hire, convenience store, onsens and restaurants.

We arrived early and they were able to provide us with name checkin and left luggage. We were then able to Ski that day! Bonus! Very easy! Great half board with the Japanese set dinner for one night and and shabu shabu next.

Breakfast was not exceptional but okay. They provided a Japanese and Western option buffet, but a very limited choice We opted for the half board option. Dinners were very good with multiple small courses. We were able to select from a variety of options. Sunday night was the exception. It offered the Kaiseki option only

Amazing location and views. The gondola is just in front of the hotel. The pasen inside the hotel is also good.

The Suite is spacious and comfortable with a view of the Ski lifts. Dinners were delicious and we were attended to by friendly attentive staff.

Staff are friendly and they can speak simple English. Breakfast and dinner are delicious. Room is big and provided the charge cables. Spa is good. Also, there is a big car park on the ground floor.
